I believe that each mother, baby, and family require unique support for their unique circumstances. Growing, birthing, and parenting a child is by far one of the most turbulent and joyful experiences one can have in their lifetime. Our western culture has lost the sense of how sacred this time is, and how vulnerable all moving parts of bringing a child earthside can be, and often is.
This support is incredibly unique to every family, don't hesitate to get in touch with me if you would like to adjust the offering and inclusions.
I offer pregnancy only and postpartum only support for those who do not wish to have someone present in their birth space, or are wanting to be prepared and supported in other ways.
With my skillset and education, I focus heavily on the mental, emotional and spiritual experience one has in this journey from start to finish.

Birth debriefing is undeniably one of the most important parts of the journey that is becoming parents.
